Starting with the mini 5th album released in January, the new chapter 'The Name Chapter' narrates the story after the boys decide to embark on a long journey for the future. The first episode of the 'The Name Chapter' series, mini 5th album 'The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION', captures the boys swaying by the temptations in front of them while committing to grow up.
'The Name Chapter: FREEFALL' unfolds the story of youths who decide to face reality after postponing their growth and escaping from the world. The process of freefalling towards reality, leaving Neverland behind, is quite painful, and the reality they face is not easy either. Nevertheless, the boy firmly resolves not to flee but to face everything and continue moving forward.
'The Name Chapter: FREEFALL' reflects the pain felt during the descent towards reality, comparing it to growing pains in 'Growing Pain', accepting even this pain as fate in 'Chasing That Feeling', asserting that there are magical moments even in an uncertain world in 'Back for More (TXT Ver.)', depicting the boy who discovers his identity and dreams in 'Dreamer', acknowledging and accepting one's identity in 'Deep Down', not losing hope in a reality that's not like a fairy tale in 'Happily Ever After', conveying courage that does not succumb to adversities in '물수제비', a fan song for MOA in 'Blue Spring', and expressing the euphoric moments of falling in love in 'Do It Like That'. The album consists of a total of 9 tracks and a digital-only track 'Chasing That Feeling (English Ver.) (Digital Only)'.
In this new release, all members participated in the songwriting process, conveying the honest stories of youths living in this era. Yeonjun, Taehyun, Huening Kai contributed to 'Growing Pain', Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Huening Kai to 'Dreamer', Yeonjun to 'Deep Down', Taehyun and Yeonjun to 'Happily Ever After'. Beomgyu is credited as a producer on 'Blue Spring', and all five members expressed their messages and gratitude to the fans in the lyrics.
