RETURN POLICY

If you'd like to make a return, you need to email support@bravers.shop from the email you placed your order with and include your order # and reason for return. Before you submit your request, please read our policies below.

Returns are accepted within 30-days from the product ship date from Korea as long as the product is still in its original packaging and none of the seals have been removed or broken. Shipping is paid by the consumers, unless the product is faulty by the manufacturer.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the return merchandise and will be given in the original form of payment. The original shipping charges will not be returned.

We cannot accept any returns delivered to us without prior communication and a written agreement between us and the customer.

Please confirm that all items to be returned are properly packaged and accompanied by a valid tracking number. Once the returned items have been inspected and confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the customer, less the original shipping charges, unless otherwise stated.

We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The outer case is only for protecting the inner goods. The case may have minor scratches or other damage, which we can't control. It is not a reason for exchange or return.
For missing components due to manufacturer fault, we require evidence such as a video from the end customer.
We do our utmost to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.
If you receive damaged products that are unacceptable, please contact us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
