A fantastic collaboration between 'Solo Leveling' and The Boyz
In March 2022, a unique album was born from the charm of the webtoon <Solo Leveling> and performance idol The Boyz!
‘Echo’ is a Future-Trap genre song based on a siren-sound echoing in the silence and a tension-building Trap beat, produced by NewTypeENT's producers '1Take, TAK, Beatie, and Corbin'. Producers 1Take and TAK have previously worked with The Boyz (THE BOYZ) on their 2020 MAMA performance and Kingdom soundtrack, which allowed them to synergize well in this OST project.
‘Echo’, which embodies the theme of the globally beloved webtoon <Solo Leveling>, allows listeners to glimpse into the inner world and emotions of the protagonist 'Sung Jin-Woo', as well as the urgency and growth conveyed through the raid scenes in the lyrics and progression of the song. The bursting energy of 'The Boyz (THE BOYZ)' members who participated as vocalists can be fully experienced.
In the dungeons within the gates, the awakened who hunt monsters are called ‘Hunters’. Just like 'Sung Jin-Woo' from <Solo Leveling>, who levels up from 'humanity’s weakest weapon' to 'the strongest S-rank hunter', it is hoped that everyone who encounters ‘Echo’ will enjoy the pleasure of leveling up through the energy of the song.
