Prior to the album release, ATEEZ teased fans with a 16-minute 'Diary Film' for [ZERO: FEVER Part.1], amplifying expectations for the new narrative they will unfold in this series.

[The Start of Fever]

[ZERO: FEVER Part.1] delves into the story before embarking on the journey towards ‘TREASURE’. Following their heartbeats, the eight boys gather and nurture their dreams in their own sanctuary, free from the world's compromises and domestication. However, the joy is fleeting as the dream connecting them soon shatters into eight pieces against reality. Stricken with their own fevers in isolation, they are drawn back to where their hearts first raced.

We all face moments of fever at least once, or perhaps multiple times, in our lives — the most critical and passionate moments. Yet, we live on, holding our cooled hearts, beaten by reality or by our own doing, questioning what we truly desire. The past records of the members remind us of such sentiments, urging us to reflect on the warmest moments of our lives.

[ATEEZ’s YOUTH CULTURE]

"When I do what I love, I become my true self." The members break free from the rules and disciplines set by others, paving a new path that will become the standard for everyone. In this album, ATEEZ ventures into styles unseen in their previous works, promising a fresh take on ATEEZ's unique youth culture. The album, featuring the double title tracks, showcases an upgraded and diverse charm of ATEEZ. In music videos and jacket photos, the members express their individuality in their own ways, leading to heightened anticipation for the youth culture they will shape moving forward.

The first title track ‘THANXX’ is a pop genre based on hip-hop, serving as ATEEZ's retort to those who insist their standards are the only correct ones. The Latin-flavored guitar lines drive the overall mood of the song, with witty lyrics adding to the enjoyment. The performance that accompanies the powerful chorus vividly displays ATEEZ's wild and free-spirited charm.

The second title track ‘INCEPTION’ is an urban-style EDM track, expressing longing for an unreachable entity, as if dreaming within a dream. The narrative unfolds over a powerful beat and emotional melody, highlighting the members' delicate emotional delivery. Transitioning between softness and intensity, it reveals a dreamy and distant boyish charm of the members not seen before.
