"Refreshing-idol" ASTRO has returned with their winter special album "Winter Dream," following their spring, summer, and autumn albums. The title track "Should Have Held On" is a collaboration between composers OBROS and Kim Joa-young, known for producing GOT7's "FLY" and I.O.I's "I Love You, Remember." The song captures the emotions of reminiscing about a past lover and the regret that follows, conveyed through emotional lyrics.
With a warm piano melody reminiscent of a scene from a sad movie and a trendy medium-tempo band sound, the track captures the listener's attention. ASTRO's refreshing vocals further enhance the song's quality.
ASTRO's special album "Winter Dream" includes not only the title track "Should Have Held On" but also "Cotton Candy," likening the snow falling in winter to cotton candy to bring joy to a loved one, and the fan song "You & Me," which all members of ASTRO participated in writing, expressing gratitude towards their fans, AROHA, on their first anniversary.
